Empresa de Telecomunicaciones y tecnología de las marcas HONOR y ZTE ubicada en Caracas, se encuentra en la búsqueda del siguiente talento para la Ciudad de Maracaibo.Propósito del Cargo:Buscamos un Key Account Manager Senior altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo de ventas. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en ventas minoristas y de canal abierto, con un historial probado de gestión de cuentas clave e impulso del crecimiento empresarial. Este puesto requiere excelentes habilidades para establecer relaciones, pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.Responsabilidades clave del Puesto:Gestión de cuentas: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con cuentas clave del canal minorista y abierto. Ser el principal punto de contacto para todos los asuntos relacionados con las cuentas.Estrategia de ventas: Desarrollar y aplicar planes de ventas estratégicos para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos y ampliar la cuota de mercado en los sectores minorista y de canal abierto.Desarrollo comercial: Identificar y buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de las cuentas existentes y nuevos clientes potenciales. Realizar estudios de mercado para mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias del sector y las actividades de la competencia.Negociación: Dirigir las negociaciones con cuentas clave para garantizar términos y condiciones favorables. Garantizar que los contratos y acuerdos estén alineados con las políticas y objetivos de la empresa.Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos, incluyendo marketing, desarrollo de productos y servicio al cliente, para garantizar una experiencia de cliente sin fisuras y abordar cualquier problema o preocupación.Atención al cliente: Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional a las cuentas clave.
