Job Title: Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our real estate team at Perserva Real Estate.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting and qualifying leads who have expressed interest in selling their properties. Your main objective will be to build relationships with potential sellers, assess their needs, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to leads via phone who have shown interest in selling their property.
  • Ask questions to understand the seller's motivation, property details, and timing for sale.
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads, providing timely responses to inquiries and keeping them engaged.
  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads for further discussion and potential listing agreements.
  • Update and manage lead information in CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely records of all interactions.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly contact and conversion goals.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to potential sellers.
  • Work closely with real estate agents and the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer service/sales role is highly preferred. Experience in real estate sales is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage and track leads (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to assess a lead's needs and match them with suitable solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn about the property market.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic and driven sales team.

Full-time

Pay:

BsF3.00 - BsF4.00 per hour

40 per week
