Unybrands is seeking a Sales Associate to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and supporting our overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
