At Blue Lake Consulting Group, we are seeking an experienced National Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all sales activities, hiring, training, and mentoring a team of sales representatives to ensure maximum productivity and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and revenue growth. They will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance platforms.

The National Director of Sales will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize strategies and results. They will cultivate relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business growth. Regular assessments and reports on sales performance metrics and pipeline management will be required.

This is an onsite role based in Las Vegas, NV, with travel domestically as needed. Relocation assistance is available. Key priorities include:

  • Oversight of all sales efforts
  • Hiring, training, and mentoring key sales representatives
  • Collaboration with marketing and operations teams
  • Cultivating relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Experience & competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Highly regarded sales professional with a minimum of 7-10 years of successful sales and revenue growth experience
  • Prior experience selling an engineered product line through a channel-based process
  • Industry experience within food and beverage is desirable but not required
