About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our Small Business Sales leadership team based in Denver, CO.

You will play a critical role in leading a team of sales reps to achieve and exceed targets.

Your primary responsibility will be to use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.

You will also partner with cross-functional teams to refine lead targeting, messaging, lead qualification, and opportunity handoff.

Responsibilities:

  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead a team of 6-12 Sales reps to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine lead targeting and messaging.
  • Cultivate individual skill set development and guide career pathing.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of people management experience in a Sales environment.
  • 1+ years of working for a company that provides software as a service solutions (SaaS).
  • Experience working with High Volume and High Velocity sales teams.
  • Consistent track record of establishing and exceeding measurable goals.
