Sales Operations Specialist

Unybrands is seeking a highly skilled Sales Ops Specialist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. This remote-based role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless processes and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales team by optimizing sales processes and workflows.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Assist in creating and managing sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate and support training programs for the sales team.
- Monitor and manage sales KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with sales compensation structures and planning.
