Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Amazon seller account to drive sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  1. Catalog and Listing Management: Maintain and optimize product listings for accuracy, visibility, and conversion potential.
  2. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor SKU performance metrics and improve keyword rankings and conversion rates.
  3. Operational Management: Handle daily operational tasks, including resolving account health issues and managing listing suspensions.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development teams to provide market insights and customer feedback.
  5. Pricing and Promotions Management: Manage pricing, deals, and promotions while adapting strategies to market trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 2-4 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts. You will also need to be proficient in Amazon Seller Central, case management, and operational tasks.
