Eagle Tech Corp is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the IT and cybersecurity markets.

Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT and cybersecurity markets, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.
- Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics and strategies as necessary.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and customer requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resources and ensuring a high return on investment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Director, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity products, and current industry trends.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving team success.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-Oriented: A driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
