PST is a forward-thinking company looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and revenue expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with key accounts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms that meet the needs of both PST and its clients.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales forecasts and market insights shared with management and internal stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with ERP Next or similar application.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account planning, contract negotiation, and sales forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
