We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our office furniture company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned strategist with a proven track record in the furniture market, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations, from quoting to logistics.
  • Build relationships with key clients, architects, and designers.
  • Manage budgets and resources to support company growth.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and foster loyalty.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with a focus on the furniture industry.
  • Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
  • Operational Excellence & Logistics Management: Experience in managing operations and logistics.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience in managing customer relationships through CRM systems.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills (English): Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
