About the Job

We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at LaTeam Partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively manage customer relationships.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Identify New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities in supermarkets and other sales channels.\
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Manage and strengthen relationships with the current customer list.\
  • Negotiate Terms: Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution terms with buyers.\
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the market and competition to propose effective sales strategies.\
  • Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

\
  • Background in Sales: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.\
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.\
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and results-driven.\
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the supermarket market and product distribution.\
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client management skills.
