At Hello Magic LLC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Liaison to lead our virtual receptionist team on a global scale. As a dynamic and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of our services with new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and analyzing customer feedback for service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orient and train new clients to ensure seamless integration of our services
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement
  • Communicate customer insights to the product development team for future enhancements
  • Resolve significant customer issues as the primary point of contact
  • Monitor data to optimize call handling and adjust receptionist schedules
  • Built strong client relationships to convert them into company advocates
  • Host regular mastermind calls for clients to share industry insights
