Key Responsibilities- Maintain an active professional presence on LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
- Utilize HubSpot and Apollo to manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring each interaction is logged and leveraged to advance the sales process.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs within the staffing industry to offer tailored solutions effectively.
- Adapt to evolving market conditions and internal company changes with agility and foresight.
- 1+ year as a successful Business Development Professional, overachieving quota.
- High level of business acumen with the ability to anticipate client needs based on industry trends and individual client contexts.
- C1 level English proficiency, with exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine passion for sales and professional growth.
- A competitive salary of $12,000 per year (OTE: $24,000) plus a commission structure.
