Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team at LatamCent, a leading staffing agency specializing in connecting top-tier talent with SaaS B2B companies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active professional presence on LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Apollo to manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring each interaction is logged and leveraged to advance the sales process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs within the staffing industry to offer tailored solutions effectively.
  • Adapt to evolving market conditions and internal company changes with agility and foresight.
Requirements
  • 1+ year as a successful Business Development Professional, overachieving quota.
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to anticipate client needs based on industry trends and individual client contexts.
  • C1 level English proficiency, with exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine passion for sales and professional growth.
