About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Scale Up. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media platforms
  • Create and execute email campaigns to generate interest in our recruiting services
  • Craft personalized and compelling messages for LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team to further explore opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
  • ADVANCED oral and written English Level
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the recruitment/staffing industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Apollo, and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes
  • Ability to work autonomously, set and achieve objectives, and remain self-driven and motivated in a remote work setting
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
  • Organized with attention to detail
