Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in customer service?

Amenify is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Representative to join our team and work closely with leadership for both Client Services (support) and Sales.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building strong relationships with property managers and clients to meet their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Executing onboarding, ongoing relationship management and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshooting and technical support to assist property managers with software-related issues.
  • Familiarity with Amenify's software suite to guide property managers in navigating the system.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when analyzing customer issues and documenting support interactions.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in property management or corporate housing.
  • Excellent English proficiency, communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
