Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in customer service?
Amenify is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Representative to join our team and work closely with leadership for both Client Services (support) and Sales.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Building strong relationships with property managers and clients to meet their needs promptly and professionally.
- Executing onboarding, ongoing relationship management and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshooting and technical support to assist property managers with software-related issues.
- Familiarity with Amenify's software suite to guide property managers in navigating the system.
- Meticulous attention to detail when analyzing customer issues and documenting support interactions.
- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in property management or corporate housing.
- Excellent English proficiency, communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with creative thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
