LATAMCENT is a management consultancy focused on supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations. We seek a Senior Sales Development Representative to deliver tangible results for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with senior executives in companies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Develop strategic partnerships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Build trust with prospective buyers through regular communication and relationship-building.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between LATAMCENT team members and prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
- Participate in regular coaching and development sessions.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven track record in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM and SEM software.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
