Job Description:

LATAMCENT is a management consultancy focused on supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations. We seek a Senior Sales Development Representative to deliver tangible results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with senior executives in companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Build trust with prospective buyers through regular communication and relationship-building.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between LATAMCENT team members and prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular coaching and development sessions.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven track record in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and SEM software.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
