We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team at LATAMCENT. As an elite business development professional, you will be responsible for high-velocity prospecting and developing new opportunities with senior executives in companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to identify prospective clients and understand their needs.
- Develop compelling messaging narratives that align with known and hypothesized buying triggers.
- Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and LATAMCENT team leadership.
- Be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application.
- Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 2+ years in a high velocity sales environment as a top performing SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English within a business environment.
- Successful working for a U.S. based tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Experience with CRM and SEM software.
- Proficient with MS Office.
