Buscamos un Asistente Virtual con experiencia en llamadas en frío y ventas para apoyar a nuestro coach empresarial en la generación de leads y potenciales clientes que necesiten asistencia para mejorar sus negocios. Esta posición a tiempo parcial (20 horas a la semana) es ideal para un profesional que pueda involucrarse proactivamente con los prospectos.

Responsabilidades:
* Llamadas en Frío: Realizar llamadas a participantes anteriores y potenciales clientes para recopilar comentarios, promover nuestros servicios y fomentar el compromiso. Construir y mantener relaciones a través de un contacto personalizado para identificar leads que puedan beneficiarse del coaching empresarial.

*Generación de Leads: Enfocarse en generar leads y programar llamadas de descubrimiento con potenciales clientes. Hacer seguimiento con los prospectos para convertir el interés en oportunidades de negocio.

*Desarrollo Estratégico: Pensar en nuevas estrategias e identificar nuevos segmentos para abordar leads de manera efectiva. Proponer métodos innovadores para mejorar los esfuerzos de alcance.

*Informes: Preparar informes sobre la efectividad de los esfuerzos de llamadas en frío y actividades de generación de leads, presentando métricas clave al coach empresarial.

Requisitos:
-Experiencia Comprobada en Llamadas en Frío y Ventas: Familiaridad con técnicas y estrategias de ventas para involucrar a potenciales clientes.

-Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés.

-Habilidades de Persuasión: Capacidad para persuadir e influir efectivamente en potenciales clientes durante las llamadas para generar interés y asegurar citas.

-Organización y Atención al Detalle: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y mantener la documentación organizada.
