As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling strategic alliances with global industry leaders, managing high-impact partnerships, and designing initiatives that connect top-tier executives with our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to establish partnerships with global consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies for speaker placements, sponsorships, and co-branded events.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, from initial outreach to closing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand our institutional network and develop innovative solutions to address challenges.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, including Spanish/English negotiations, event coordination, and data-driven follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or institutional sales, preferably in a startup, consulting, or education environment.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to secure partnerships and close deals, even with limited resources.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Communication: Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
