Nuestro objetivo es transformar la manera en que las personas se mueven, compran y disfrutan de su tiempo libre.Descripción del rolComo Director(a) de Business Development en Yummy, serás responsable de liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas B2B de la compañía. Esto incluye la adquisición de nuevos comercios, la expansión y crecimiento de cuentas existentes, el establecimiento de alianzas estratégicas con otras empresas y la generación de oportunidades de ventas publicitarias. Trabajarás de forma presencial en Caracas, coordinando con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y la satisfacción de nuestros socios de negocio.Responsabilidades principalesDiseñar y liderar la estrategia global de desarrollo de negocios B2B, alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento de la organización.Identificar, prospectar y negociar con nuevos clientes y socios comerciales, asegurando una relación de largo plazo.Gestionar y fortalecer las cuentas existentes, desarrollando planes de crecimiento y oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling.Impulsar acuerdos de colaboración y alianzas estratégicas, velando por su correcta implementación y monitoreo de resultados.Desarrollar y supervisar oportunidades de ventas publicitarias, garantizando el posicionamiento adecuado de la marca y la maximización de ingresos.Dirigir la elaboración de propuestas comerciales, la negociación de contratos y la coordinación de lanzamientos o iniciativas conjuntas con socios.Analizar métricas de desempeño y elaborar reportes periódicos para la alta dirección, proponiendo mejoras y acciones correctivas.Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado y del sector de delivery y transporte, identificando oportunidades de innovación.Requisitos y calificacionesLicenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carrera afín (se valorará positivamente una maestría o estudios de posgrado).Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de negocios, ventas B2B o roles similares, preferiblemente en empresas de tecnología, logística o servicios de consumo masivo.Habilidad demostrada para generar y cerrar oportunidades de negocio, superando consistentemente los objetivos de ventas.Experiencia en negociación de contratos, gestión de cuentas clave y creación de relaciones comerciales sólidas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación e influencia, tanto en español como en inglés (deseable).Conocimiento del sector de delivery y transporte (deseable), o capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas industrias.Orientación a resultados, pensamiento estratégico y habilidades de liderazgo para coordinar equipos y proyectos.Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico e innovador, comprometido con el crecimiento acelerado de la compañía y obsesionados con Venezuela.Tendrás la oportunidad de impulsar alianzas de alto impacto y de liderar proyectos clave para la expansión de nuestro negocio.Recibirás un paquete de compensación competitivo y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional en un entorno de startup en crecimiento.
