As a key member of our team, you will lead complex, high-impact projects across Marketing and Operations, driving significant top-line growth and operational efficiency.
Your Mission:
- Launch and scale new organic growth channels, identifying innovative ways to acquire families and drive at least one new channel to account for 10%+ of top-line growth within six months.
- Optimize and streamline operations, addressing bottlenecks and working with the product team to scale effective solutions.
- Lead operations and marketing efforts to launch new SKUs and growth motions, ensuring seamless execution and operational readiness.
You'll Thrive Here If:
- You have 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3+ years in digital marketing at a tech company, focused on organic growth channels.
- You're data-driven, comfortable working with analytics tools, running experiments, and making decisions based on insights.
- You excel in fast-paced environments, switching between strategy and execution, and collaborating effectively across teams.
