Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Smart Claims. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each customer
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and a successful track record in sales, preferably in the (relevant industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively

Salary: BsF 550.00 - BsF 700.00 per month
