Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Smart Claims. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience and a successful track record in sales, preferably in the (relevant industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
Salary: BsF 550.00 - BsF 700.00 per month
