Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Canonical. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers to help them get the most out of our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers are aware of the latest opportunities and challenges
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or business development capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong technical skills, with a good understanding of software development and IT infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
