Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with a focus on the office furniture or related industry.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment, with experience scaling a business from the ground up.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
