**Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive sales growth and lead a team of sales professionals at Valatam.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Lead a Team of Sales Professionals: Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans: Implement performance improvement plans as needed to ensure the team maintains our CRM (Hubspot) and all data accurately and up-to-date.
- Inform C-level Executives: Keep C-level executives informed on the progress of sales targets.
- Industry Trends and Relationships: Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, and cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Head of Sales: Demonstrable experience as Head of Sales.
- Network: Leverageable network of small business contacts.
- Remote Work: Experience working online and remotely with high autonomy.
- Language Skills: Native-level English speaking and writing (C1-C2).
