About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to join our growing Dell alliances organization. This role will enable you to work closely with Dell teams in various geographies, building trusted relationships and driving business interactions across personas - from engineer to CxO.
As a key contributing team member, your primary focus will be on building strategic relationships and enabling Dell teams on the partnership. You will grow Dell's awareness of open source capabilities on Canonical Ubuntu, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Linux and cloud software ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles, be autonomous, disciplined, hands-on, and get-it-done oriented. They must also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as credibility and working knowledge of Dell - its products, go-to-market motion, and field.
We offer a distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person, personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year, annual compensation review, recognition rewards, and much more.
