**Job Title:** Chief Growth and Operations Officer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Manhattan Home Design as a Chief Growth and Operations Officer. This role will be responsible for leading the sales and operations teams, developing and executing growth strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including startups, corporate offices, co-working spaces, and design firms.
* Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives.
* Establish strong relationships with key customers, architects, and designers to drive business development.
* Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
* Oversee the end-to-end operations process, including supply chain management, inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.
* Implement operational systems and processes to scale the business efficiently as it grows.
* Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
* Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service levels.
* Develop and monitor key operational metrics, such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
* Drive a customer-centric culture by ensuring that every interaction with the company delivers exceptional service.
* Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
* Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty, including follow-up communications and repeat business incentives.
* Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the company's growth strategy.
* Provide insights from the market and customer feedback to inform product development.
* Identify and implement new technologies and tools that can enhance sales efficiency and operational effectiveness.
* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support the company's growth goals.
* Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create professional development plans for team members.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and a passion for customer success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with a focus on the office furniture or related industry.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English).
* Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment, with experience scaling a business from the ground up.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in basic CRM software, ERP systems, and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
