Job Description

The Key Account Software Representative is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and customer success through the development of strategic relationships with our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute growth plans that drive revenue expansion and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell through data-driven insights and market analysis.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and timely issue resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
2+ years of experience in similar positions in the field (Prefer). With proven experience in Growth Process.
Advanced English language skills.
