Company Overview:

The Advisor is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and implementing effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact and initiate growth processes with installed base customers in a timely manner, adhering to established SOPs to ensure a structured and effective approach.
  2. Analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that deliver added value to both the customer and the company.
  3. Design and implement effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies that align with both the customer's goals and the company's business objectives, ensuring mutual success.
  4. Identify new sales opportunities within the customer base and manage follow-up activities diligently, from initial contact through to successful closure, ensuring that all potential deals are maximized.
  5. Build, maintain, and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers by establishing consistent, personalized communication that fosters long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
