We are a dynamic startup team in the office furniture industry, seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our growth and success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with our objectives.

As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, you will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Your expertise in managing high-performing sales teams, overseeing end-to-end operations, and building relationships with key clients will be invaluable assets to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations, from quoting to logistics, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and designers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Manage budgets and resources to support company growth and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with a focus on the furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Experience in managing CRM systems and customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
