Job Profile:
We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the development of strong and trust-based relationships with existing customers, driving revenue growth through proactive identification of opportunities for effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and initiate growth processes with installed base customers in a timely manner, adhering to established SOPs to ensure a structured and effective approach.
- Analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that deliver added value to both the customer and the company.
- Design and implement effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies that align with both the customer's goals and the company's business objectives, ensuring mutual success.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the customer base and manage follow-up activities diligently, from initial contact through to successful closure, ensuring that all potential deals are maximized.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Business or related.
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions in the field (Prefer).
- Proven experience in Growth Process.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
