**Job Description**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and initiate growth processes with installed base customers in a timely manner, adhering to established SOPs to ensure a structured and effective approach.
  • Analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that deliver added value to both the customer and the company.
  • Design and implement effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies that align with both the customer's goals and the company's business objectives, ensuring mutual success.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the customer base and manage follow-up activities diligently, from initial contact through to successful closure, ensuring that all potential deals are maximized.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Business or related.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions in the field (Prefer).
  • Proven experience in Growth Process.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
