Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Software Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth through proactive identification of opportunities for effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Contacting and initiating growth processes with installed base customers in a timely manner, adhering to established SOPs.
  • Analyzing customer needs and behaviors to identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that deliver added value to both the customer and the company.
  • Designing and implementing effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies that align with both the customer's goals and the company's business objectives.
