We are seeking an experienced Key Account Software Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth through proactive identification of opportunities for effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting and initiating growth processes with installed base customers in a timely manner, adhering to established SOPs.
- Analyzing customer needs and behaviors to identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that deliver added value to both the customer and the company.
