**The Role**
We're looking for a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team As a Business Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying potential opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 100 per day)
- Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Requirements
- A strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (cold calling/sales representative/SRD)
- Tech-savviness: proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite experience a plus)
