Job Summary
\We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at LaTeam Partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the food industry, and be able to effectively communicate with clients.
\About the Role
\This role involves expanding the client portfolio by opening new sales channels in supermarkets and managing existing customer relationships.
\Main Responsibilities
\- Develop New Opportunities: Develop new business opportunities in supermarkets and other sales channels.\
- Manage Customer Relationships: Manage and strengthen relationships with the current customer list.\
- Negotiate Commercial Agreements: Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution terms with buyers.\
- Analyze Market Competition: Analyze the market and competition to propose effective sales strategies.\
- Coordinate with Team: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
\- Background in Sales: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.\
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.\
- Results-Driven: Ability to work independently and results-driven.\
- Market and Product Distribution Knowledge: Knowledge of the supermarket market and product distribution.\
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client management skills.
