\About the Role
\We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the food industry.
\Main Responsibilities
\- New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in supermarkets and other sales channels.\
- Customer Relationships: Manage and strengthen relationships with the current customer list.\
- Negotiations: Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution terms with buyers.\
- Market Analysis: Analyze the market and competition to propose effective sales strategies.\
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
\- Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.\
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.\
- Independence: Ability to work independently and results-driven.\
- Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the supermarket market and product distribution.\
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client management skills.
