Conoce algunos de los desafíos que te esperan.Tenemos una oportunidad para ti, estamos buscando Business Development Sr Manager para nuestro equipo de VenezuelaEl objetivo principal del puesto será seguir desarrollando todas las verticales del negocio de PedidosYa en el país, velando por la excelencia del servicio y tomando en cuenta los insights estratégicos del mercado:Dirección de la estrategia comercial de PedidosYa Venezuela.Liderar el equipo comercial, guiando la consecución de los resultados.Planificación y ejecución de las estrategias comerciales, enfocadas a incrementar resultados del negocio, en todas las verticales de la compañía.Gestionar una relación comercial de alto nivel con comercios y stakeholders afiliados a PedidosYa.Tener una visión 360 sobre el negocio, de forma estratégica, comercial y analítica, para poder llevar a los comercios a un siguiente nivel.Estar en contacto permanente con las distintas unidades de la compañía en cada uno de los países donde operamos, para comprender las necesidades locales, adoptando las mejores prácticas, soluciones y detectando oportunidades.Investigar y estar informado de las nuevas tendencias y herramientas del mundo del Quick Commerce.Interactuar con Headquarters para alinear la estrategia local con la regional y la global.Tomar iniciativas de crecimiento organizacional relacionados al mercado local y regional de acuerdo con los segmentos de los partners objetivo, así como el potencial de la empresa para satisfacer las necesidades de estos a través de los diversos productos y servicios.Asegurar mejoras continuas en los procesos, alineando la estrategia de P&L y su adecuada ejecución.Seguimiento del desempeño financiero, de ventas y operativo del equipo comercial.¿Qué esperamos de ti?Profesional graduado en Administración de empresas, Economía, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, o afines.Experiencia mínima de 8 años en posiciones de liderazgo en áreas comerciales o de desarrollo de negocios, con habilidades desarrolladas de liderazgo, coaching y motivación de equipos de alto desempeño.Ideal la experiencia en industrias CPG. Experiencias en industrias de E-Commerce sería un plus.Perfil data driven con amplio conocimiento del contexto socioeconómico del país y de las industrias relacionadas (restaurantes, supermercados, retail, etc.).Perfil con fuerte iniciativa, habilidades de negociación, cierre de acuerdos y transacciones de alto perfil, orientado a resultados.Inglés avanzado.¿Quiénes somos?Pedidosya es parte de Delivery Hero, compañía líder mundial en delivery que opera en más de 70 países en todo el mundo.
