The Role: Partner Sales ManagerThis strategic role involves building trusted relationships with Dell, growing market share and attach rate, evangelizing the partnership, and driving business interactions across various personas within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable Dell teams on the partnership
- Build pipeline and transact opportunities through Dell
- Grow Dell's awareness of open source capabilities on Canonical Ubuntu
- Demonstrate expertise in the Linux and cloud software ecosystem
- Deliver on targets and objectives, providing a voice for the partner
The ideal candidate will possess experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles, demonstrate autonomy, discipline, and a results-driven mentality. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of Linux, virtualization, containers, and other cloud technologies.
