About the Role

Nexsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing contact with potential clients, introducing them to our services, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with a portfolio of potential clients to introduce them to Nexsourcing's services
  • Participate in group meetings to discuss strategies and goals
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work towards achieving the monthly sales target while maintaining high-quality relationships with clients
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients through calls, emails, and texts to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve better results and expand market presence
  • Obtain customer feedback and share it with the sales management team to improve overall performance
  • Daily update databases with client information and feedback related to calls
  • Making +60 calls per day to ensure maximum outreach and engagement
  • Perform additional tasks requested by the Sales Management team as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (B2P, cold and warm calling)
  • Advanced English skills (C1 required)
  • Availability to work full-time in the office located in Chacao, Caracas
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 a.m - 05:30 p.m)
