
Remote Sales Professional

We are seeking a Remote Sales Professional to join our team at Hexa Property Management. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and generating new leads by developing and executing sales strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets.
You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with clients by engaging in active listening, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales field. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, are essential.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and career growth, 16 Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, Floating Holidays, Commission/Bonus/KPI scheme, Annual salary review, and a Supportive and collaborative work environment.
