About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our corporate solutions in the Venezuelan market.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance on TP-Link's networking products and solutions to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in the region of Colombia.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the B2B market and drive sales growth.
  • Account Planning: Maximize long-term relationships through a structured approach to identifying opportunities and planning specifics to strengthen accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Propose comprehensive networking solutions that address customer pain points and business challenges.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process and achieve revenue targets.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
  • Postgraduate studies in Sales, Business Administration or similar is a plus.
  • At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications, and/or networking companies.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Frequent travel required.
