About the Position
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding B2B SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads primarily for the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will focus on engaging with accountants to introduce our software and schedule product demos.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the accounting industry, nurturing them through the sales process until they book a demo.
- Engage with leads from both inbound sources (conferences, webinars) and cold outreach (via calls and emails), qualifying them and ensuring they are ready for a demo.
- Meet a monthly target of demos booked, consistently tracking progress and adapting strategies to meet goals.
- Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot to manage leads, track outreach efforts, and ensure smooth pipeline progression.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a BDR or similar sales role, preferably working with English-speaking companies.
- Native English level.
- Confidence and skill in cold calling, since it will be 80% of your time work.
- Based in LATAM with a reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot.
