**Hexa Property Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative**

To promote our services and generate new leads, we require a skilled individual who can build strong relationships with clients, develop effective sales strategies, and track sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to promote our services and generate new leads.
  2. Making outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
  3. Building strong relationships with clients through active listening, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services.
  4. Leading and supporting the development of lead generation campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness.
  5. Tracking and analyzing sales performance to adjust strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.

**Ideal Candidate Qualifications Include:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
