Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at LaTeam Partners. The main responsibility will be expanding the client portfolio by opening new sales channels in supermarkets and managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in supermarkets and other sales channels
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with the current customer list
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution terms with buyers
  • Analyze the market and competition to propose effective sales strategies
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in sales, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry. Strong negotiation and closing skills are also essential. You should be able to work independently and results-driven, with knowledge of the supermarket market and product distribution. Excellent communication and client management skills are also required.
