Job Description:
">The Strategic Account Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion, while ensuring timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.">
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms.">
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.">
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts.">
- Process Improvement: Pro-actively identify gaps in current processes and systems and offer solutions for improvement.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.">
- Experience: 5 plus years experience in a similar role.">
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with ERP Next or similar application, experience with a ticketing system, e-commerce, and understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).">
- Essentials: Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team, capable of establishing process design with maximum automation, flexible working hours +or - 4 hours CET.">
