Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team at Valatam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Lead a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and mentorship for continuous improvement.
Implement performance improvement plans as needed and ensure the team maintains our CRM (Hubspot) and all data accurately and up-to-date.
Ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of sales targets.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the industry.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales and proven experience exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrable experience as Head of Sales.
Leveragable network of small business contacts.
Experience working online and remotely with high autonomy.
Native-level English speaking and writing (C1-C2).
