Key Responsibilities:
- Sell electric vehicles to businesses, adhering to company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visiting customers and build strong relationships for repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles, rebate, finance, and incentive programs.
- Recommend purchases of new equipment, features, and tools available.
- Account for all documents and ensure none are missing.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience and customer service experience.
- Strong customer relations skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and digital experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- B to B business contacts are mandatory, and government contacts are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Expected Hours: 25 – 40 per week
