About the Position
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our expanding B2B SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads primarily for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the accounting industry.
- Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot to manage leads and track outreach efforts.
- Achieve KPIs: Meet a monthly target of demos booked, consistently tracking progress and adapting strategies to meet goals.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a BDR or similar sales role, preferably working with English-speaking companies.
- Native English level.
- Cold Calling: Confidence and skill in cold calling, since it will be 80% of your time work.
- Based in LATAM with a reliable internet connection.
