**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Hexa Property Management. As a key player in our sales department, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and generating new leads.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by engaging in active listening, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate, relevant information about our services.
  • Lead and support the development of lead generation campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are effective and culturally relevant.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
