The Job

">

We are seeking a bilingual Client Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, growing our teams on each account, generating referrals, presenting new placements, and providing feedback on team members' performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

">

C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills, at least 2 years of account or client management experience preferably remote, bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships, and ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
